Go Green To Win is a competitive game where everyone directs their own AI agent to green an island. Your people learn what AI really does with their hands on a real one. No code, no jargon, and no prep for you. One link, ninety minutes, a room that stays switched on.
Everyone owns restaurants that feed the island's towns and desalination plants that water them. Fed towns grow. Watered land grows trees. And a tree is worth up to three times more when it shades a neighbourhood where people actually live.
So the profitable move and the winning move pull apart, and that's the whole game. One kitchen can't feed the island. One plant can't water a forest. Everyone is pulling the same levers on the same island, and you can see their restaurants while their plan stays hidden. It is simple to explain and hard to master, which is exactly what keeps a room engaged for ninety minutes.
You run it. We built the run of show, the settings to pick, and the debrief so you do not have to.
Not a chatbot. Each person briefs their own agent, which reads the live game and takes real actions on their behalf. The gap between what you asked for and what it did is the fastest AI lesson there is, and it lands in about ninety seconds.
The agent buys, plants, and waters with typed arguments, and sometimes hits a flat no: not enough money, illegal spot, no game selected. βAI can use toolsβ stops being a phrase and becomes something they saw happen.
The agent can see everything and will still suggest a move that loses, because it optimised exactly what it was told to. The scoreboard settles it every game-day, and everyone leaves better at spotting confident-but-wrong.
In moddable mode the built-in interface disappears and each personβs agent writes the panels they ask for, live. People who have never written a line of code ship working software in a workshop, and it is the moment the room lights up.
They can hand a written policy to the server and walk away while it keeps playing. Deciding what to delegate, and seeing how it goes, is the exact judgement call your people are about to face at work.
Five very different strategies all win, so nobody gets ahead by copying their neighbour. The conversation afterwards is where a good afternoon becomes a lesson people quote back to you a month later.
A hands-on AI lesson that lands. Students direct a real agent, see where it shines and where it slips, and leave able to talk about AI from experience.
An offsite or L&D session that is actually substantive. Non-technical staff get a grounded feel for what agents do at work, and where a human still decides.
AI literacy for the people who need to understand the technology shaping their field, delivered as ninety minutes anyone can join with a single link.
We approve every organisation by hand. It means we know who is running workshops, we can help you run yours well, and the data from your cohorts stays yours. Tell us about your room and we will set you up.
